How to download Call of Duty: Warzone 2?
Activision's battle royale will be free-to-play, just like the previous one published in 2020. In order to download the game, all we have to do is access the store of the platform we want to play on. Warzone 2, as we told you, will be available for PlayStation consoles, Xbox and also for PC. To download the game on PC you will have to access the Battle.net platform. On PS4 and PS5, we will have to go to the PlayStation Store. As for Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, we will have to go to the Microsoft Store.
The game can be downloaded starting today, Monday, November 14, despite the fact that its premiere will be on Wednesday, the 16th of the same month. Activision is giving us a couple of days off so we can accommodate the new Call of Duty battle royale on our systems. At 7:00 p.m. CEST (Spanish peninsular time), the game can be installed.
How big is the game expected to be?
Call of Duty: Warzone and the latest installments of the saga, in general, have been characterized by having excessive sizes. A weight that has forced many users who played on PS4 and Xbox One to have to practically empty their hard drives in order to receive new updates. In fact, Warzone currently has a weight of 200 GB, and Warzone 2.0 is expected to ask for an initial size of 125 GB on consoles, on PC it asks for 175 GB according to its requirements. So we recommend that you clean up your game libraries a bit if you're short on space and intend to sink your teeth into free-to-play.
From what time will it be possible to play?
Starting November 16 at 7:00 p.m. CEST (also Spanish peninsular time) Call of Duty Warzone 2 will be playable. Activision will open its servers at the usual time in which it adds updates and changes to its games. There are likely to be issues with the servers and going into the Warzone 2 premiere will be chaos, just as it was during the early stages of Warzone, with servers going down from time to time and even receiving DDoS (denial of service) attacks. .
